Find a named outlet
Use the provider’s current retail locator or the host venue’s official information. A pub or sports bar should not be treated as a wagering outlet solely because it shows live sport.
Separate service hours
Staffed service, terminals, the bar and dining may have different operating arrangements. Ask which service is available at the time you plan to attend.
Understand the transaction first
Ask staff to explain any unfamiliar terminal or ticket detail before confirming an action. Keep the relevant receipt and use the provider’s own support process for a transaction question.
Plan the venue visit
Save the street address and the return travel option. If a meal or event is part of the trip, organise it separately with the host venue.
